EQ for Engaging Leadership© is a practical and engaging 2-day Workshop (the "Workshop") designed to introduce and develop the 5 critical engaging leadership competencies identified in the Engaging Leadership Competency Model©. Whilst each competency is addressed in detail in separate workshops, this 2-day Workshop will provide a useful, practical overview of what is required to build engaging leadership capacity.

Objectives

Understanding Engaging Leadership: Understand how to apply emotional intelligence (EQ) to strengthen people engagement

Development of the key competencies of Engaging Leadership:

    • How to become a self-directed leader with higher levels of emotional awareness and management
  • Leading Change
    • How to effectively enrol people to drive sustainable Change
  • Leading High Performing Teams
    • How to increase engagement levels in teams to drive performance and strengthen team climate
  • Developing Others
    • Coaching and Mentoring: Building quality, trustful relationships as foundation
  • Engaging Communication
    • Develop effective communication skills to achieve key message outcomes required of engaging leaders
